Vegan "Cheddar"

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews overnight (or in boiling water for 1 hour).
  2. Add soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt and lemon juice in a blender.
  3. In a small pot boil water then add agar agar powder mixing until agar agar powder is completely dissolved then add to blender.
  4. Blend until smooth then add to small glass bowl lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. 5. Enjoy!
